Main Objective:

Your main objective would be to conduct interviews with potential candidates for various Project Management roles, shortlist them and work alongside our Sales Associate to seal the deal.

Responsibilities:

  • Use your Project Management expertise to conduct technical interviews and meetings with candidates
  • Shortlist strong candidates for clients’ reference
  • Work closely with various Sales Members from our team in order to define the best blend between Sales and Technical workflow for a successful placement

Requirements:

  • Project Management Industry strongly preferred ( 5 years + ) 
  • Recruitment / Building Teams strongly preferred ( 5 years + )
  • Able to work flexible schedule to support business needs
  • Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven ability to network and build rapport
  • Self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must have good time management skills

Technology Skills: 

  • ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
  • CRM ( HubSpot, SalesForce, IBM Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketing Cloud )
  • Google Cloud ( Docs, Calendar, Meet )
  • VoIP ( Nextiva, RingCentral ) 
  • Online Conference Tools ( Zoom, Teams, Google Meet )
  • Electronic Signature Tools ( Adobe Sign, DocuSign )
