Main Objective:
Your main objective would be to grow our company’s revenue by pursuing strategic opportunities, developing partnerships, generating leads and closing sales.
Responsibilities:
- Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business
- Drive sales across our targeted industries, while meeting and exceeding all sales goals
- Prepare proposals and respond to RFP’s with a high degree of professionalism, quality and in a timely manner
- Schedule online appointments / calls between all the necessary parties required to assess our clients’ talent acquisition needs
- Maintain accurate clients/leads records in our CRM
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales activity goals
Requirements:
- Recruitment Industry strongly preferred ( 5 years + )
- Prospecting and cold calling skills necessary
- Possess strong negotiation, and closing skills
- Able to work flexible schedule to support business needs
- Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to network and build rapport
- Self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have good time management skills
Technology Skills:
- CRM ( HubSpot, SalesForce, IBM Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketing Cloud )
- Google Cloud ( Docs, Calendar, Meet )
- VoIP ( Nextiva, RingCentral )
- Online Conference Tools ( Zoom, Teams, Google Meet )
- Electronic Signature Tools ( Adobe Sign, DocuSign )
Benefits / Commission:
- We pay a generous fixed rate per new business acquisition
- We pay a generous commission for every 6 months of client’s talent retention, which can vary between $2,000 – $15,000, or even more sometimes
- We offer dedicated training and support throughout employment
